REFUNDS AND RETURNS

REFUNDS

  • We check our product before ship out, to ensure there is no missing parts, broken or colour fade issue. We also pack our product it a right way to make sure it won't broken during the shipping.
  • If you change your mind before the item ship out, or buy a wrong items, we accept a full refund before your item has been shipped.
  • We don't accept a refund for the following situation, including after the item ship out (Meaning already sent a fulfillment email to you), or any cause during the shipping (which including product broken, box open by custom, water soaking, bugs invasion and all other cause which can't control during the transportation).

RETURNS

  • We do not cover any shipping cost if you want to returning our product. Any shipping cost of exchange also need to pay by the customer.
